Runner Notes

Stream crossings, roots. Lots of fun! If you turn around at the restroom at Lost Lake (the only restroom open in winter) it makes for great 5k run.

Description

This trail is pretty simple - it's refreshing singletrack that takes you into the park where you can branch off to any number of other trails. Beyond the restroom and parking lot, this trail heads north, then branches left off of the Santee Branch Trail south to the road.

Flora & Fauna

You'll see deer here all round the year.
