Runner Notes

When covered with snow, this trail can be hard to follow. The best word to describe this trail is "FUN"! It was built and is maintained by local mountain bikers, but that doesn't mean it isn't fun to run! There are rocks, logs, and other obstacles that are a lot of fun when run at full speed!

Description

From the Boise Ridge Road, head northeast on road 275C (erroneously labeled as 175C on Google Maps). Head about 1/3 of a mile downhill until you pass a gate. After the gate, look for the nondescript looking and unlabeled singletrack on the right.

Once you are on the trail you can't get lost unless you lose the trail in the snow. Follow it all the way to the end. At the end of the singletrack you'll intersect with a doubletrack trail. Head right to get back to the Ridge Road.

Flora & Fauna

This area is frequently covered in wildflowers during the summer.
