From the parking lot, head east, go across the main rd and you'll see a path leading into the woods. Go a little way and you'll come to a "T" where you can go right or left to make the loop. If you go right you'll go about half a mile and you'll need to make a left hand turn to stay on the E. Loop Trail. This provides a pleasant loop passing through peaceful woodlands, and is a great way to see new trail all the way to and from your car.
