Description

The uphill nature of this trail makes it a bit more challenging than some of the others in the area. To keep things interesting, the vegetation type changes from a burnt-out landscape to lush pine forest. Throughout the way, runners will pass many of the sandstone rock formations that are characteristic of the Lost Creek Wilderness Area. The trail isn't overly technical and makes for a pleasant trip.
