Description

A quick stroll around the fishing lakes and entertainment area of Carpenter Park.

This trail is a small part of the larger Carpenter Park recreational area. This area includes basketball and tennis courts, horse shoe pits, swimming pools, playgrounds, a skate park, disc golf course, dog park, fishing, and the City of Thornton's Margaret W. Carpenter Recreation Center.

Flora & Fauna

Various migrating birds during the spring and fall. The lakes stocked with warm water sport fish, and you may see turtles. Raccoons have also been seen near the lakes.
