The concluding day of the three day Golden Gate Challenge. Day 3 features an easy start with a challenging climb to reach the ridge where the sunrise meets you in all its glory. From there it is an awesome panoramic run back home with a serious bump close to the end.

Just love the sunrise. For every up theres a down

Its up and then down, and Im sure you wont find a bigger uphill and downhill on any race, but then again the views match the effort. Were taking you right to the top 2,438m!

Yep, its a big climb to the top, and then you can enjoy the gorgeous sunrise right on top of the mountain. Your breakfast water table will await you there so take some time, breathe easy and just love life.

As you make your way down the mountain, you can truly look forward to a well-deserved event trophy as you have just conquered one of the hardest trail runs in the country.
