Description

From the low-clearance/2wd parking area, the Upper Muley Twist Access Road heads north. In less than two miles, the majestic Saddle Arch appears on the left. Ever narrowing, this canyon continues to get more interesting the further you get, and it eventually reaches the high-clearance/4wd parking area.

From this spot, you have the option of heading east to Strike Valley Overlook, or continuing north on Upper Muley Twist Trail as it becomes a beautiful slot canyon.

This is one of the few arches on the East side of the canyon. The arch can be seen from the Burr trail road as well.
