Description

This trail is the most technical singletrack trail in the South Mountains. There are not a bunch of views, but if coming down from the top, you'll get some nice technical sections, then a good, more mellow section along Shinny Creek before crossing the creek a few times near the bottom.

Took the falls trail to Headquarters then came down the Shinny Creek. Great trail - a few downed trees but easy navigate. 6.6mi — 1h 42m

Went up Shinny Creek from Jacobs Fork parking lot, and came back down the stairs by the falls. Super fun. Wet and a ton of ice/downed trees today. 7.1mi
