Overview
A 2,345-ft. elevated boardwalk, with 640 feet of trail, that winds counterclockwise through three different ecosystems with signage that identifies different plant species and native wildlife.

There are four vistas throughout the boardwalk for relaxing and birding.
Description
The trails begins and ends a the large picnic shelter just northwest of the parking area. The trail meanders through the oak hammocks, with four vistas spaces throughout the 0.8 mile trail. The going is easy, as you'll be meandering along an elevated boardwalk for the majority of the route.
Flora & Fauna
The park is listed in the State of Florida Great Florida Birding Trails guide, which means that there will be ample opportunities to birdwatch. You may also spot gopher tortoise, Indigo snake, Summer Tanager, Eastern Towhee, and mixed warbler flocks in migration.
History & Background
This park hosts the annual Crackerfest and the the semi-annual Moonlight Stroll.
