This is a short loop that connects to the other cross-country ski/running trails in the park. It is a short extension of the Perrot Cross Country/Hiking Trail Central Loop, and is a good way to continue your run for a short while.

The cross country portions of this trail function as a groomed cross-country skiing trail in the winter and as a running trail in the warmer months. During winter months, the trail is fenced off at points where it intersects with dedicated foot trails but park rangers mark alternate routes that allow runners to circumvent the skiing trails.
