This is a loop inside Harold Parker State Forest using unpaved roads. There are multiple water views, mostly of Salem Pond, along the way.

The run begins from Harold Parker State Forest headquarters. A 3/4 mile run down Bradford Pond Rd leads to a loop of Upper Salem Pond Rd and then to Salem Pond Rd via Salem Pond Rd - Upper Salem Pond Rd Connector. There are many beautiful water views of Salem Pond along the way, including a couple of bridges/water crossings.
