Description
The course runs over Little Pinnacle or Haw Orchard Mountain, elevation 5,089 feet, making it the highest race in Virginia! The trails are beautiful. But don't be fooled, as they are anything but smooth and easy, with some very technical sections. Runners will have a view of Mt. Rogers, the highest point in Virginia.
Other course highlights include:
- Cabin Creek Falls - an amazing waterfall.
- Wilson Creek Trail - several small falls along BEAUTIFUL Wilson Creek
- Wilburn Ridge - an epic scramble through giant boulders with amazing views.
