Description

From the parking area located at the northwestern side of this trail system, you have your choices of which direction to explore. There are two sides to this trail system, the waterfall side and lake side, and both are worth exploring. For this run, you'll head out on the Waterfall Trail to explore the northeastern side of the gardens.

The Waterfall Trail loops through the northeastern section of the park, exploring the woods and running alongside a stream and past a lake. You can also connect to the short Historical Loop Trail to explore the area further.

Once you complete your loop on the Waterfall Trail, you can then continues south onto the Rock Trail to connect to the Lake Trail and then finally the Crane Fly Orchid Trail. These interconnected trails offer a series of loops in and around the woods and past the lake, making for a fun and scenic run. After you are done exploring this area, simply head back to the start to complete your run.
