One small cattle guard crossing.

A fantastic, smooth singletrack alternative to climbing up the dirt road. When combined with the Cone Trail and The Grove it makes for one of the more beautiful trail sequences in the entire City Creek Management Area. Although The Grove is known for grass-covered dells, Eagle Trail will give similar tastes interspersed with sage and grass-covered slopes. The views of Pocatello while descending are top-notch.

Always possible to see moose. Very diverse plant life throughout.
