Great for speedwork, but usually lots of folks to dodge.

Description

This loop trail is within running distance from downtown Blowing Rock and has good views of the lake and the manor house high up above on the mountain. The loop is pancake flat and smooth, making it great for an easy run or just a connection to the other trails the serpentine through Moses Cone Park.
