Description

This is an orange-blazed (with a picture of a stonecutter's pick) very short loop trail around the historic Stannard Quarry with informational signs and nice views of the pond and creek. Approximately half of the loop is (a very, very, very tiny) part of the 1,444 mile Buckeye Trail which loops around the state. Despite the very short length, this is a nice warm-up or cool-down loop right beside the parking lot at the northeast corner of the Chapin Forest Reservation.
