Although the trail is wide, considering the declining grade, it is not the best trail running spot, but it is possible.

This trail features an easy, declining grade on a wide avenue to give water vehicles access to the Yadkin River. You pass the foundation of a neat older stone building with fireplace.

This trail can be used to gain access to several other trails in Boone's Cave Park. There is a simple connection to get to the actual cave from this trail, as well as Baptism Rock and other points of interest.
