Not a road, but rather a nice, wide, well-maintained path, this trail is a real treat.

Description

Starting at the Killburn Pond Trailhead, this wide, smooth trail makes its way through dense hardwood forests to connect with the Killburn Loop Trail and ultimately the Pisgah Ridge Trail. Along the way, expect to traverse terrain that is slightly rolling, but overall rather flat.

Flora & Fauna

Visit this area in the autumn to see it erupt in fiery fall color.

First lake you encounter on the trail. Take a little side trail for a good view.
