Description

From the Montizuma lift climb the trail that is to the south of the lift. It's well worn. The top section is alpine rocks and very exposed. After the rocky sections the trail is smoother. Once you drop below tree line the trail gets rockier again the going gets steep. A lot of roots, some always muddy and wet. A lot of rocks.

Can be rund as a loop starting and ending in the Keystone parking lot.

Watch out for afternoon storms!

Once you make it down to this meadow, the trail mellows out for a bit and amazing great views.
