Description
With just enough twists and turns and gradual grades, Gabriel's Horn Trailis always fun no matter which direction you take. It crosses Fire Tower Road so you'll want to double check for the rare occasion when folks are driving to their favorite mushroom spot or taking the easy way up to the fire tower lookout.
Running through the end of the poplar forest into some mixed hardwoods is gorgeous year round but especially in the fall. The North Country Trail crosses where Gabriel's Horn Trail and Shanty Boy Trail meet up. Yet another option to follow your bliss and get up on the ridge.
