Description

This is a short trail with very low to no grade. It is a packed dirt and grassy trail which is well-marked and very easy to follow. It is more secluded than the other trails at the Educational Forest, and thus offers good wildlife viewing opportunities. The sharper turns are very easy to follow, and even in areas of denser forest, the trail is wide, well-maintained, and easy to see. There are good opportunities to see wildflowers also.

Flora & Fauna

Enjoy a variety of wildflowers, butterflies, songbirds, frogs, and toads. While potentially harder to see, deer, beaver, bald eagles, and osprey have also been spotted.
