There is limited and restricted parking along Angora Ridge Road. The road closes around November 1. Parking lot for Angora Lakes is $7 when open (June-September).

Description

Another new trail to the Angora area that was finished in the fall of 2017 by the USFS and TAMBA. This is an excellent singletrack that traverses along the east side of the ridge with compact terra firma and great views throughout. Use this trail to connect a run from Middle Angora Ridge Trail or Mule Deer Connector to the trail leading to Angora Lakes and the Angora Lakes Resort, which can be picked up on the south end of the parking lot.

In the summer, be sure to take a swim in Angora Lakes or enjoy the famous lemonade and various treats at the Angora Lakes Resort before continuing your run back and enjoying one of the many possible nearby loops.

Pick up the trail where Mule Deer Connector connects to Angora Ridge Road and traverse along the east side of the ridge before eventually meeting back up with the road. Cross the road and pick up the trail directly across. Immediately, you come to a fork continuing straight uphill or turning left. Turn left at the junction to stay on the trail. You'll traverse at a fairly level grade before dropping down slightly to meet up with the Angora Lakes Resort parking lot.
