This route is located in Tavush Marz in the central part of Ijevan and Dilijan, and is composed of Georgian-Armenian, Gugarats, Miapor, Areguni and Pambak sierra. The best time to run in the area is from April to November.

The route starts from the village of Teghut by passing through the valleys, along the vertical and horizontal high slopes of Ijevan. Along the trail, the Rocks Ridge become visible. The edges of the sierra are flat, the peaks are round, and the slopes are steep. The “Waterfall of Kiss” appears on the way back to Haghartsin Village.

Flora: Tavush province is covered in forest. The eastern beech, oak, hornbeam, linden and maple make up the bulk of the forests, and colorful flowers are dotted all around the higher peaks. There is a rich network of rivers and streams, which all feed the main rivers of Aghstev, Hakhoum, Tavush and Debed. These rivers flow strongest between April and June. Due to the steep mountain ranges, the valleys in the north of the province form a subtropical microclimate, where a variety of fruit such as pomegranates, almonds, peaches, apricots, olives, pistachio and lemons grow.

Fauna: Thanks to the forests, the fauna is relatively rich. Endemic species to the area are Chamois, Caucasian bear, wild boar, hare, rock badger, fox, hedgehog, jackals, filed mice, bobcat, martens, dormouse and squirrel. There are also various types of birds, reptiles, insects, as well as fish in the rivers (trout being the most common).
