Description

This old doubletrack road has faded to singletrack in most areas. This trail is the first left from the trailhead. The beginning portion of this trail is flat, leading to a small climb up a ridge between some of the lakes. Enjoy the view of the lakes from the top, before climbing down the other side (this is a steep little section!). You'll come to a T with a very technical, off-camber singletrack around the edge of the lake. Running left requires rock scrambling up to the waterfall, and going right will take you between the lakes.

Flora & Fauna

Rattlesnakes in summer.
