Description
This is a nice run along the shores of Inks Lake. From the parking area near the visitor center, the trail heads south. The trail passes a couple trail junctions as it approaches the lake. As it rounds the lake inlet, the trail passes by Stumpy Hollow, a fishing area and nice spot to view wildlife. The trail then climbs a hill to views of the surrounding rolling hills. The trail splits to make a small loop and passes the junction with
Woodland Trail at the southern extent. The exposed granite hill at the end of the trail is a nice, rocky crag and a good place to take a rest and enjoy the view of the lake.
Flora & Fauna
