Description
You can access this trail via the Perimeter or Long Path: North Trails and it is a pretty easy flat trail. From the Perimeter Trail, follow the well marked trail with magenta blazes for about 0.4 miles until you connect with the Long Path: North. The park has good signage, and you'll take a right onto a doubletrack trail that is both the Hang Glider Road and Long Path trails. At about 0.6 miles you'll see more signage directing you to take a left and head toward the Hang Glider ledge. The end of the trail is a popular place to stop and eat lunch or a snack. There are unmarked trails that head east and west at the Hang Glider ledge (end of the trail) but both of those go through private land.
