Description
This is a steady, manageable climb on singletrack switchbacks up to Icicle Ridge. The trail is forested and smooth, and often exposed to the sunshine. The easy-to-follow path is very popular spring through fall (it also makes for a fun snowshoe in the winter). Once you meet up with the ridge (it's windy up there!), hang a right and continue a short ways along the spur trail to reach a few different viewpoints of Leavenworth and the surrounding area. After you take in the view, turn around and head back the way you came.
