This trail is heavily trafficked by tourists as it provides easy access from Borovets. The round-trip ticket is 12 leva (summer 2018). This trail is rather wide and, considering the surrounding terrain, it is flat. As you make your way down from the gondola station, head south following the signs for Hizha Musala. The views to the east of the valley are stunning. From about 2km, the trail gets a little more rolling as you pass a small lake just before the chalet.
