Roger F. Snyder Greenway begins on the sidewalk on East Mason Street in Albemarle, NC. At the end of this street, the paved trail begins and follows the banks of Little Long Creek. Shortly after, there is a bridge to cross the creek and the trail enters a wooded area for a short distance before crossing Salisbury Avenue. The greenway then runs parallel to an abandoned rail line and ends next to Belmont Circle.
