This trail branches off the Metacomet - Monadnock Trail at Green Woods Road. It follows small blue blazes along Green Woods Road until it turns left onto Monument Road. About halfway up this road, there is a monument (on the right) to Eliza Ballou, mother of our 20th president. The trail continues until it meets back up with the M & M Trail, at the white blaze on the rock in the road.
