This trail is blazed yellow and, while it is marked on the park map as "Nature Trail," it is marked with a sign that reads "Witch Hollow Trail."

The trail begins at a sign off the main park road. It continues north as it ascends. It continues to ascend past a large geological feature. It then turns southward and ascends the feature. It then meanders a bit and descends down to the park road.
