Need to Know
An entrance fee is required to enter which you need to reserve on the Sepaq site. The trail starts and ends at an information center with restrooms, snacks, maps and a water bottle filling machine. No other restrooms on the trail.
Runner Notes
Gravel trail during the whole length. No roots in the way.
Description
The trail has almost no hills, no challenges, a few major turns and a few lookout points on the marshes next to the trail. The trail is shared with bikes so expect some bikers to pass you during your hike. The trail is mostly in shade so it's possible to walk even in hot weather with no clouds. There are few places to rest on the trail. The trail is well indicated and isn't confusing at all. The trail is made with gravel.
Flora & Fauna
You may observe birds at the lookouts near the trail. There also is a beaver den that you can see from the Martin Marsh lookout point (note that this was observed in 2021 and that it might not exist in a few years).
