Restrooms are located near the parking lot. Non-residents of Hudson must pay a $10/day feed to fish on the lake.

Beginning in a traditional city park setting (playground, pavilions, facilities, etc.), this multi-purpose trail meanders in the open next to the lake for a short time before entering a wooded area. Throughout the trail, there are occasional offshoots to overlooks of the lake.

After a while, you'll go through a wooded section that moves away from the lake before coming back near the end. This trail is very wide and well-maintained. If you bring your dog along with a mind to exercise, there are signs throughout the trail that have you "dog run" or "dog walk."
