Fee to enter the State Park. Park either in the lot on the main road (Anastasia Park Rd) just past the watersports center. Across the street is a short-cut through (marked with signs) to the trailhead. There is also a closer parking lot on the road to the campground.

Sandy and lots of roots. Although, the roots are regularly painted orange for visibility.

There is parking at the trailhead. Alternatively, you can park on the main road and take a short-cut through (marked with signs) to get to this trail.

The trail is a loop over "Ancient Sand Dunes". It is now entirely wooded and offers shade throughout. You do climb up and down the dunes a few times, but they are easy climbs.

The trail loops back to the beginning. There is an offshoot at the north end to the campsites (marked with a sign).
