Description
This is one of the 10 miles of trails that wind throughout the River Bend Nature Center on both sides of the Straight River. Starting from its junction with the Owl Trail, the Trout Lily Trail runs south along the Straight River before turning northwest to end at its junction with the Oak Trail. Shortly before reaching the Oak Trail, the Trout Lily Trail crosses a slough on a stout bridge and, shortly before that, an obvious use trail goes out to a beach on the Straight River.
