Trail is closed when muddy

Description

This is a relatively new trail in the Military Reserve network that's reserved for foot-traffic only, making a pedestrian alternative to Bucktail Trail which is very popular with mountain bikers. Hikers and runners should use this trail instead of Bucktail to go between Ridge Crest trail and Shane's Trail. On this run you'll get nice views that are typical of the Boise Foothills, including wildflower displays that change with the seasons.

The quickest way to access this trail is from the parking at Three Bears trailhead by the archery range, but you can connect to it from lower trailheads via several other trails as well. Combining Two Point with Central Ridge Trail makes a nice loop.
