Park at the mountain base and take the lift up to the trailhead.
Overview
There are a couple of water stations on the trail. They say to allow 4 hours for round trip, when running. Be mindful of the time so you don't miss the last lift down! Always be wary of the weather which can change rapidly, bring at least a rain jacket and something warm as it can get windy.
Need to Know
At the time of writing, the parking is free, the two-way lift ticket price is 30lv, and the lift stops running at 6:30pm. The top of the lift offers the chalet with restrooms (1lv to use), a variety of warm food, and a snack back.

Park, purchase a two-way ticket, and run the lift up. Know what time the lift shuts off so you don't have to run all the way down. There is a small mountain chalet at the top, so you may have the option to spend the night there, or simply purchase cooked food.
The run itself is steep at the beginning and at the end, and rather flat in the middle. Difficult and rocky at some places, but most of it is a well maintained, clearly marked path. Avoid going on weekends as it can get crowded in the summer and use sun protection. Be ready for weather changes, it can get really cold really fast, not fun, especially if you are on the long lift run.
Flora & Fauna
Lots of annoying flies, you may see wild horses, no tree shade as you are above the tree line the entire time.
