Overview

Local Info
Opening and closing dates and hours vary seasonally for visitor centers at Grand Teton. Check the park's website for current operating hours.
- Colter Bay Visitor Center: Hours vary by season. Open early May to mid October.
- Flagg Ranch Information Station: 9 am to 4 pm. Open June 1 to September 7.
- Jenny Lake Visitor Center: Hours vary by season. Open mid May to late September.
- Craig Thomas Discovery & Visitor Center: Hours vary by season. Open early March to early November.
- Laurance S. Rockefeller Center: 9 am to 5 pm. Open May 30 to September 20.
- Jenny Lake Ranger Station: 8 am to 5 pm. Open June 6 to September 6.
Visiting Tips
The Teton Park Road from Taggart Lake Trailhead to the Signal Mountain Lodge and the Moose-Wilson Road from the Death Canyon Trailhead to the Granite Canyon Trailhead are closed to motorized vehicles from November 1 through April 30. The Antelope Flats Road and Signal Mountain Summit Road are also closed during this period. Check at visitor centers for additional closures.

Camping & Lodging
- Colter Bay Campground: Open mid-May to late-September.
- Gros Ventre Campground: Open early-May to early-October.
- Headwaters Campground and RV sites at Flagg Ranch: Open early-June to late-September.
- Jenny Lake Campground: Open early-May to late-September.
- Lizard Creek Campground: Open mid-June to early-September.
- Signal Mountain Campground: Open mid-May to mid-October.
Backcountry camping requires reservations and advance planning. Requests for backcountry reservations for the summer season are accepted only from the first Wednesday in January (starting at 8 am MST) through May 15. All requests must be submitted using the website www.recreation.gov.
