Van Patten's Dripping Springs Resort Ruins [Suggest Edits]

Description

Van Patten's Dripping Springs Resort was built in the 1870's. The remains of this resort boast a unique history and several spectacular sites that you won't want to miss.

The first ruin you'll encounter on your run along the Dripping Springs Trail will be Van Patten's Livery which was built in late 1800's.

Next, is Boyd's Sanatorium which was originally used for tuberculosis patients. This site is featured in many haunted places reviews. Be sure to take the short spur trail off of the main Dripping Springs Trail to get a closer look.

Once back on the main trail, the last historic site is the Dripping Springs Resort Ruins. Take some time to explore the remnants of the resort before heading back the way you came.
