Cedar Butte Ledge [Suggest Edits]
Description
A truly unbelievable 360-degree view above the Tillamook State Forest. This ledge is slightly off-trail but there is a user-created trail out to the ledge. This rocky ledge has a long, straight fall on every side, so keep dogs and children well under control.
Enjoy the breath-taking open view. You may be able to glimpse the ocean through the mountains to the west.
Short Run: Use Cedar Butte Trail to reach this gem, and make sure to look for the user-created side trail about halfway up to the left. You'll see the break in the trees where the rocky ledge is. It's steep, but worthwhile.
