Description
Hemmed In Hollow is the tallest waterfall in Arkansa. Usually, it is only at a trickle, but if you wait for the spring rains, you'll get a better show. It's a long run down into the Buffalo River Valley and an even tougher run out so come prepared with trekking poles, food, water, and a first aid kit.
All-Day Run: The Hemmed-in Hollow Trail is accessible via the Compton or Centerpoint trailheads. If you're lazy, float in via kayak on the Buffalo River.
