Burden Falls [Suggest Edits]

Description

One of the best falls in the wilderness area, though not particularly large, during the season it has enough volume to rattle your teeth if you are at the bottom! There are technically two separate falls, the upper falls is about 8' tall and the lower section where the breakdown is located is roughly 40' tall.

These falls are seasonal, and during the summer (when some of the photos were taken) the falls turn into a trickle. But, if the water is not flowing, there are plenty of trails in the area to enjoy. You can pull off the road see the falls and drive on, or you can make an entire weekend moving through the wilderness trails.
