Ramona Falls [Suggest Edits]
Description
Iconic Ramona Falls is one of the top destinations in the Mt. Hood National Forest, but access to the falls requires finding logs to cross, or fording across the Sandy River which can be challenging as there is no bridge. The trail is still very popular, as Ramona Falls is certainly a stunning sight that is well worth the effort to visit.
Half-Day Run: The falls are accessed from the Ramona Falls Trailhead, with a 3.4-mile run on the Sandy River Trail, the PCT, and the Ramona Falls Trail.
Gem Type: Waterfall
