"Take a stroll through history as you visit the interpretive trail at Allen's Old Stone Dam, built in 1874 to power steam locomotives."
The dam is viewed from a new iron bridge. The ruins of the old train water stop are to the west of the bridge. The old train trestle is a short distance north along the main trail.
Short Walk: Closest parking and trail entrance is behind the warehouse buildings at Exchange and Andrews. Also accessible from behind Rudy's BBQ and the Allen Park on the south side of exchange.
