Boca Chica [Suggest Edits]

Description

Boca Chica is located at the mouth of the Rio Grande as it enters the Gulf of Mexico. Keep an eye out for birds, as the bird watching here is excellent. You can also fish in the Rio Grande or anywhere along the Gulf. There are great views into Mexico and across the Gulf.

Short Run: Follow road signs to Boca Chica State Park. The road will end at a beach along the Gulf Coast, from here, you can either park the car or continue driving south down the beach. Run or drive 3 miles south (keeping the ocean to your left), and you'll reach Boca Chica.
