Joe's Ridge is a flowing ribbon of smooth dirt with great views.
Following the old 2-track.
Looking back at the trail clinging to the slope and beyond to the Bookcliff Mountains

Here's a great insider's tip: Take the 18 Road trails just before sunset... the trails will be empty, the light will be epic, and the views are unreal.
