A steel suspension bridge (built in 1936) that crosses the Yellowstone River.
The vegetation can get tall in various sections of the trail. Compared to other trails in Yellowstone, its easy, but make sure you have maps to make sure you stay on the right trail.

The views from the boardwalk are really nice, even in the early spring.
Flowers bloom along the trail in May as the snow begins to recede.
"Elk exclosures" used by park biologists to study the effects of Yellowstone's browsing animals on the native vegetation. Note the taller grass on the right side, inside the exclosure.
