Climbers above the trail scale routes of varying difficulty. The area is popular with climbers on the weekends, so the parking area may be full.
Interesting rock formations in the area. The smaller rocks look like veins in the rocks.
The trail to Face Rock breaks off from the main trail at this point. It's roughly .1 miles out and .1 miles back to the Split Rock Loop Trail.
