Stunning visuals abound.
You can sit on these rocks if your too exhausted at the 500 yard halfway point.
Convenient trail markers guide the hiker back to the trailhead in case you get lost. (Or you can just look at your car which is never out of sight in the parking lot, and walk back to it)
The flat, wider portions of the trail look like this.
There are the occasional obstacles, most of which have a bypass.
