Cottonwood Wash starts out as a wide canyon, be sure to follow the path on the rim, not in the wash itself

Cottonwood Wash soon makes you feel very small when you look up its gigantic walls
Don't enter Cottonwood Wash if a storm is approaching, you don't want to be stuck here during a flash flood
